Board Of Directors

JAI MATA DI Board of Directors comprises of reputed individuals from diverse fields. The Board acts with exercising strategic supervision in selection, development execution and in ensuring that the management observes the highest standards of ethics in venture developments, documents transparency and customer service.

Our directors are experts in the diverse fields - business strategy, construction, real estate, pharmaceutical, IT, Telecom and Retail. They review all significant business decisions, including strategic and regulatory matters. Every member of the Board, including the non-executive directors, has full access to any information related to our company.

Experts appointed by the Board focus on specific areas, take decisions within the authority delegated to them and make specific recommendations to the Board on matters in their areas or purview.

The management of JAI MATA DI has developed and implemented policies, procedures and practices that attempt to translate the company's vision, values & ventures into reality. The management also identifies, measures, monitors and controls the risks factors in the business and ensures safe, sound and efficient operation to benefit our customers / clients at all times.

Mr. G. Balaji Reddy – Chairman and Managing Director.

Mr. Balaji Reddy is the founder-Chairman of JAI MATA DI, and is greatly respected by the real estate industry in Andhra Pradesh for his services in real estate industry in developing quality & affordable residential and commercial properties in the private sector of Andhra Pradesh. He is known for more than a decade in the construction / real estate industry.

Mr. Murali Retineni – Executive Director

Mr. Murali Retineni is a CERTIFIED Realty professional from the US Institute of Realty, he drives the overall strategies for the organization with particular emphasis on documentation, quality and customer satisfaction. He also leads operational excellence across the organization, he has built the NRI business in the emerging international markets. Mr. Murali has associated with few IT MNC's in Indai and USA around a decade before joining JAI MATA DI Villas Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Kishan Babu - Director Operations

Mr. Kishan Babu, an MBA graduate in Marketing from Symbiosis Institutute of Management, Pune is a full time director on the board of Jai Mata Di Villas Pvt Ltd. He is designated as Director-Sales and takes care of the marketing operations of the company. He is also the director of a reputed pharmaceutical company "Laven Pharma India Pvt Ltd".

Mr. Balachandrudu - Director

Mr. Balchandrudu is a one of the director on the board of Jai Mata Di Villas Pvt Ltd. He is also the founder chairman of "BIG-C", the biggest mobile retail chain with 50 mobile outlets in almost all the major cities across South India.
